HOW IT WORKS

1. WE CONNECT
You can reach out to me via the contact form or send me an email directly at kristin@havenishome.com with a quick overview of your design needs. If you have any questions on which package may work best for you, I would be happy to help! If you already know which package you're interested in, go ahead and book directly on the website and I will be in contact with you after your purchase.
2. WE GET YOU ON THE BOOKS
Once we get payment, I will be in touch within 24-48 hours to schedule a time that works best for both of us to connect. If you have purchased the Quartz or Marble plan, we will schedule a specific time/date. If you have purchased the Onyx monthly subscription, your package automatically begins the following business day.
3. WE GET STARTED
I will begin by requesting photos/videos of your space as well as some inspirational images that you are drawn to so I can get a grasp on your design style. From there we will text back and forth on my ideas for your space as well as provide visual feedback.
4. WE WORK TOGETHER
We will communicate back and forth in a casual setting relieving the pressure of contracts, an hourly expense, and too much professionalism. We will keep things relaxed and flexible, allowing for a more natural flow of ideas and collaboration without the usual constraints or fears of running up the budget.

Welcome! I am Kristin Kivela, the owner and designer of Haven is Home, and I am passionate about creating beautiful, livable spaces that make each home unique to each individual that resides there.
My work is rooted in my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, which I've been putting to use since 2015. I approach each project with an eye for detail and a focus on creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful. I believe that creating a haven is the key to a home that is both inviting and inspiring.
